Licensing Revalidation - 12 Month Period Query?
Hi
I need to get my license revalidation shortly and have been building up hours over the last few weeks to get to the 12 hour period.
I was about to go to the airfield today to get it all signed off and the form sent off to the CAA, but then something hit me.
In order to get to the 12 hours I need to include a flight on 15/11/08.
On my current certificate of revalidation my date of test is 15/11/07 and valid until date 14/11/09.
So, is the first day in the 12 months prior to expiry 15/11/08 or 16/11/08?
I appreciate this might be rather simple (or not) but having trouble getting my head around in on a Friday.
Thanks
John

For me personally, I made the decision long ago that if I would need to do "hour building" to reach the 12 hours, then it's no longer a hobby and I should quit. Life is expensive enough without hour building.
