Grrr Exculpatory contracts

I was just wondering if somebody can give me an idea where in which states Exculpatory insurance is void or unenforceable.
Thanks really appreciate it.

That is quite an expensive word for a first post.

On a more serious note, it's considered bad form to post the same question in multiple forums. Although I have to admit I would not know which forum would be the most suitable for this question. (But that's probably because I have no clue what Exculpatory means, let alone in what context you're asking the question.)

Maybe you can give us a bit more context, so that the mods can decide what to do with these two threads?
