Anyone based or been there recently? It looks like one of the few Airports left in CAS which will actually accept GA without ripping your wallet apart.

Have been a few times, most recently about a year or so ago when they implemented the mandatory handling. I can't recall it being anything excessive, I think around 20-30 quid?

I visited Durham Tees Valley a couple of weeks ago. Mandatory handling provided by Midwest Executive. Very little commercial traffic around so ATC are more than happy to accomodate your needs. Very pleasant place.
