What a shame!
Unfortunately the Jersey International Air Rally is no more. It was always a great rally, but like many club organised events, changes in management meant it didn't happen. The best promoter of it, was Evelyn Hawkins, who I believe is back on the committee now. It would be great if Ppruners inundated the Jersey Aero Club with enquiries about it being reinstated!
I'd be first on the list of entries. We used to do every rally available, from Jersey, to Granite City, to Angers etc, but now the only one left is Guernsey - which is also wonderful, and not to be missed, but is now limited to something like 50 entries due to available parking space.
Bring back rallying!
