Airport for circuits needed

Can anyone please think of an airport which meets the following criteria:
1. In the UK
2. Has a runway >1000m
3. Sells JetA1
4. Has a deal with circuits eg 3 landings and you get the rest for free.

What aircraft type?

It will make a difference to the deal you get.

Also some won't allow turboprop base training

Leicester does have Jet A1, has just short of a 1000m useable and does welcome Turboprop operations.

We use it for base training on occasion.

They are also prepared to negotiate on the fees if uplifting fuel and as we uplift several tonnes we get a pleasant rate.

Not sure why you need 1000m in a turboprop or is it turbofan?

Try Southend - they meet all your criteria.
