Who "handles" at Aberdeen ?

Hi guys,

Does anyone know who currently dresses up as Dick Turpin and greets GA at Aberdeen pan-galactic spaceport ? Just need to drop someone off there and take off again, so doubtless I'll need PPR ("prior permission to rob") and to pay for handling, nav charges, massage services, counselling, crystal therapy, .......
