Advise on who to talk to
Hi all
I am planning a flight from Cambridge to Peplow ( Just east of Shawbury Matz )
routing Sywell, Rugby, Catton, Peplow.
As I have not flown around that part of the country what would your recommendations be on who to talk to probably only basic service
Birmingham intl ?
There is a big gliding Comp on @ Husbands Bosworth
Cheers

London Information are very helpful particularly with reference to weather actuals and forecasts, they also have direct phone lines to most airfields in the London FIR and can pre-note your details in advance.

You could
Speak to EGNX for basic service you could.
Coventry good.
Cottesmore if it's during the week.
Ignore Birmingham as they have a habit of not wanting to deal with GA.
If you have no one else: London Info.
By way there is a list in the AIP that depicts the LARS.
I highley suggest copying that list as it can give you a clearer view.
