Rent a Classic Airplane

Dear,
I'm looking for a place where I can rent a classic airplane 2nd war like a MK-Spitfire, Grumman F4, etc. Replica is also good. It's a dream.
If you know a place where it's possible, say me!

Calm down dear! Is that really how they speak in Canada - sounds a bit Nigerian to me, eh buddy!

Don't forget your collision damage waiver.

Fair enough. Nobody's going to rent you a Spitfire for an hour of solo circuits but if you fancy riding in something impressive take a look at these:

Welcome to Thunder City

Personally, a ride in the Thunder City Hunter would make my life complete!

Try Googling "Stallion51". They have a 2 seat P51D Mustang for hire at Kissimmee Florida. $3000 per hour.
DO.

I agree the Hunter would be fabulous but why go to SA when you can do a Hunter ride at Kemble for less.

If you're bothering to go to SA fly the only thing you can't fly anywhere else - the Lightning.

The Collings Foundation will give you dual in their P-51. $3200 for 1 hour as I recall, or $1800 for 30 mins. Lots of fun, highly recommended. The only problem is you have to find it, since it moves around the country all the time.

They don't advertise it, but if you ask nicely they will also give you dual in their B-25.

Their publicity this year mentions an ME-262 and getting dual in it (even more expensive) but it was not with the fleet when they were around here over the last few weeks. Maybe it's not flying yet.

There are also a number of places that will give you dual in an L-39 (including Attitude Aviation where I fly acro). A T-6 is rather more affordable, $450/hr for dual at Attitude and still a lot of fun (though work on the muscle-building exercises if you want to do acro).

Places to Fly in Eastern Canada

There are lots of places that offer rides in vintage aircraft. Generally speaking, the more complex / rare the aircraft, the more expensive the ride.

Here are a few - relatively - local places that may be of interest:

(1) Canadian Warplane Heritage in Hamilton, Ontario offers flights in a DH82c Moth, Fairchild Cornell, Boeing Stearman, Harvard Mk. 4, DHC1 Chipmunk, Beech D18S, B25 Mitchell, C-47 Dakota, and - the pride of the flight - an Avro Lancaster Mk. X.

(2) The Canadian Harvard Aircraft Association in Tillsonburg, Ontario offers flights in Harvards (Mks. IIb and 4, your choice) and a DH82c Moth.

(3) The Edenvale Classic Aircraft Foundation in Edenvale, Ontario offers flights in a DH82a Moth.

(4) The Tigerboys in Guelph, Ontario has an annual Open House Weekend each September. You can have a quick hop in a Moth (DH82a or DH82c, your choice), a Fleet Finch, or a Thruxton Jackaroo, for only C$25 ... I don't think you can beat that price anywhere else.

I'm sorry but I don't know of any similar places in Quebec. Vintage Wings does not offer rides but it is still well worth touring their facility at Gatineau Airport. They have an open house on September 19th, at which many of their collection are sure to be airborne.
