Question Wind Mark Up or Down?

Having read and worked through two different methods for using the wind side of the the flight computer, I'm at a loss as to which method I find easiest to use and remember; so I thought I'd throw the question out to the students and pilots on here.

Do you prefer to use the "wind mark up" or the "wind mark down (jiggle)" method and why? I'm sure they're both as accurate as each other, but which do you all consider the better?

Cheers, easy.

Those links you provided were actually very helpful and instrumental in making my mind up.
