California C172 Rental - 2 weeks

Can anyone suggest a place to rent a decent 172 for this duration? Ideally less than 3 hour daily minimums, SP would be nice. I'm fairly experienced in Cessnas, and US flying.

Looking around the LA area - have already emailed about 50 FBOs but all help gratefully received - nothing beats personal recommendation!

Try Justice at KSMO. Nice airplanes.

PS: I'll be over that way for about two weeks from early June, PM me if you wanna meet up or do flight or two together!

A bit south of LAX, but California Flight Academy at Gilespee, San Diego were a top notch crew.

Prices were very reasonable, no daily minimums.

PM me if you want more info.

Just got back from San Diego and did some great flying with Orion Aviation at Palomar airport in Carlsbad (KCRQ). They're very friendly and the planes are in good shape (they have their own maintenance). I think they have 2 172SPs although I didn't fly them.

I believe that they do have daily minima (I think you'll find that everywhere does) but it seemed like the sort of place where you could work out a deal.
