Changes to Private Licencing

I am aware that there is a lot of talk about various changes being made to the PPL / NPPL in the future. Please can anyone give me any guidance as to where I can find out any information about this and how it may affect me. I am currently training for an NPPL (my eyesight is not good enough to hold a full CAA medical regretably) and am a bit worried as to the future for the NPPL and if it is likely to be replaced by something similar that will enable me to continue flying.

Please accept my apologies if this has been covered in other threads, I just could not find anything on it.

Try this;

Rulemaking | Notices of Proposed Amendment (NPAs).

And look up FCL (Flight Crew Licensing)
