Letterkenny, Ireland... Numerous from basic to 5* within 3 mile, we will even get you there !

Sligo Ireland... Numerous in town, 20 mins away from basic to 5* hotels

Birr Ireland, 5 mins from airfield from basic to 5* hotels

Netownards, N.Ireland, numerous local from basic to 5* hotels

Eglington, Derry, N.Ireland, loads in the city from basic to 5* hotels

Abbyschrule, Ireland, The Rustic inn, basic clean accommodation with good food, 10 min walk from airfield

Kilkenny, Ireland, loads in Kilkenny "city" really a big town, loads of good hotels with great food... recommend this one

And with all of the above you can drink the best Guinness in the world, Ireland is a great country to fly in, most airfield operators are only to happy to sort out accommodation/food for you if you give them a call beforehand, come on over, you will enjoy your stay and a warm welcome awaits you.

At Corfu LGKR you can stay at the Hotel Bretagne. A short walk from the airport.

The plumbing in the shower is impressive in how many regional wars it has outlasted

That's basically the thing. There are "hotels" all over the place - if you are happy to sleep like a university student on a gap year

For Dublin, wonderful Weston has the Lucan Spa close by, just about walkable with a wheely bag but better if you can get a lift.

If visiting Shuttleworth the Green Man at Stanford is a 5 minute taxi run away. Great food and drink, clean modern rooms and great value.
On occasion the owner has driven us back to the airfield. Don't expect an e mail answer from the website.
DO.
