Cheapest Twin to Maintain?
Hi,
Which twin would you say is the cheapest 6 seater twin to maintain yearly?
How much roughly excluding insurance would it cost to maintain basing it on about 40hrs per year flying.

Generally speaking, Twin Comanche.
As to cost, it very much depends on the original condition when purchased, and just how much 'catch-up' maintenance you must accomplish.
If we look at other airplanes, some can also be quite economic.
My 411A, for example.
On the other hand, I fixed nearly everythoing just after purchase, so it has been reasonably trouble-free since then (twelve years ago).
Pays your money, takes your chances.

I'd budget £15,000 pa. fixed costs as a starter.
So on 40 hrs per year, that'd add a whopping £375 per hour over and above running costs (Say £125 per hour = £500 per hour!).
Might as well rent or increase utilisation.
