Talk: “GA Planning Battles . . .” on April 17th, London

Peter Kember, the well-known aviation planning consultant from Kember Loudon Williams, is to give a talk on the subject: 'GA Planning Battles we have lost and won....and how better to win in the future', at the GAAC (General Aviation Awareness Council) Annual General Meeting. The AGM is to be held at the Royal Aeronautical Society, 4 Hamilton Place, London at 2.00 pm on April 17th. We expect Peter to speak at about 2.30 pm., for 25 minutes or so, and then to take questions.

In view of the many issues which pilots at farmers strips and GA aerodromes continually face (and raise questions about on fora such as this one), anyone may attend, subject to available room – first ask, first admitted.

If you wish to attend, please contact the GAAC office to book a place, via the Royal Aeronautical Society (who provide meeting and administration facilities for the GAAC) at:

(For the benefit of anyone unfamiliar with the GAAC, i.e. General Aviation Awareness Council , it is the most representative UK body in General Aviation and is recognised as such by Government, the CAA and others to be the organisation that speaks for General Aviation on planning and environmental issues.

Our member organisations include all the UK’s major GA associations – AOPA, BGA, BMFA, LAA etc..

We provide information and knowledge for planners and local authorities, and to General Aviation flying site owners and operators.

More details are available at: The General Aviation Awareness Council .)
