Call Jeppesen direct. They may not formally offer a trip kit for Turkey through the resellers, but I found that they can print nearly everything you ask for and send it to you directly. Explain what you want and let them come up with a suggestion.
The number I have for them is in Germany, +49 6102 5070. It's three years old though.
Failing that, it looks like the full Turkey AIP, including the AD section, is also available from the Eurocontrol site at EUROCONTROL - The European AIS Database: Introduction to EAD Basic - Home. Need to register, login and then look for "PAMS Light [AIP]". It won't be in a convenient format for in-cockpit use but if you can't find anything else, it'll do.
