Buckminster Gliding Club

Hello all,

Just wondering whether anyone is a member or has flown with Buckminster?

Im trying to find a way to keep flying cheaply so I thought id try Motor gliders, also I think it might be quite a nice difference from the 152's and 28's.

Great club. Friendly place, experienced instructors and good facilities. I'm a member, and strongly recommend flying at Saltby. The T-61s are also very reasonably priced.

Just looked at the membership fee....... seems a bit much for a gliding club but hey ho.

What do you fly out of there?

Pretty well everything - gliders, motorgliders and tugs (but not much lately, to be honest!)
