METAR Question

Apologies if in the wrong forum (couldn't find a Met forum).

Heathrow's current METAR is:
EGLL 021350Z 02006KT 340V060 3000 R09R/1100 -SN SCT009 M00/M01 Q0994 59190094

So what does the "59190094" remark mean?

Its a MOTNE which is appended to a METAR. Amongst other things it provides us with information on the braking action for the designated runways. The attached link shows you how to decode it.
