Good PPL software for Mac's / iPhone

Hi

I would appreciate any recommendations for good / useful software for Mac's appropriate for a VFR PPL flying SR20/22's? I'd also love to hear of recommendations for applications for an iPhone / iTouch. Most of the software I come across or that gets recommended like Navbox Proplan only seems to work on PC's.

Thanks

Try X-Plane 9. An amazing flight simulator, controlled using the accelerometers by tilting the iPhone. It has a 172, Columbia 400, Cirrus Vision and Piaggio Avanti.

There is a visual mode and a very realistic instrument mode, but to be honest, it is way too sensitive to fly on instruments and there is no autopilot. However, the visual mode is great fun, particularly in the Vision, blasting around the Austrian Alps near Innsbruck at 400 kts at low level.

There are new airliner and helicopter apps which I haven't tried yet.

Another vote for Pilot Wizz here too! Now it takes GPS data as well as wind information for a dedicated airport which is used for some of the calculations.

Thanks for the suggestions, does Pilot Wizz have airports and waypoints loaded into it?
