cross country flight tomorrow
Hi,
Im scheduled to undertake my dual cross country tomorrow 20/12/08 on the following route:
Prestwick-Dundee-Perth-Prestwick
My question is by looking at tomorrows weather forecast im unsure whether i will be able to go as its to cloud up later and im going at 11am and i was wandering if anyone else could give me some advice about it. Ill obviously talk to my instructer before it but i wanted some idea of whether i will be going.
Thankyou

Winds reducing to 5kts variable in the morning. Tempo of rain in the afternoon with 8000m viz and cloud broken at 1200'
The synoptic shows a warm front pushing up from the south - around N Wales at 1200. I'd keep an open mind and see how what how the forecasts look in the morning - more often than not I find them to be overly persimistic these days.
Also given its a dual xc you will have your instructor with you so he/she can keep you right.
Good luck !
