Empty maintenance hangar - Barton

I have been flying for 25 years at Barton and could not believe what I did not see in the maintenance hangar - aircraft . It was virtually empty, only two aircraft there. I have never ever seen it that empty. Is this simply down to the economic downturn, is this a reflection of the state of affairs at other airfields?

Wow GA seems to be in serious decline.

EASA part M ..................... All the staff are to busy doing paperwork to have time to work on the aircraft!

Wow GA seems to be in serious decline.
the whole country is in decline

Hopefully GA will come out ok as we are a passionate lot. I would rather fly than eat! Thankfully I have a bit of storm fat built up in reserve
