Drawback to increase?

I assume that now Darling/Robber have said that they'll increase duty on fuel to compensate by the 2.5% VAT cut, then drawback on Avgas will increase from next Monday as well? Can't find any figures on the usual sites yet.

From Deloitte:

Finally, on and after 1 November 2008 a new fiscal definition was introduced for aviation gasoline (Avgas). The duty rate will be 0.3103p per litre from 1 December 2008 (a 1p per litre increase from the current rate).
