Lightspeed Zulu
Whenever I seem to put the headset into my flight bag quite often something will bump the power button and turn the ANR on and drains the battery. Anyone else have this problem and have found a genius way to stop this??

Perhaps try removing the battery? Or keep the headset in a separate bag.
My (non-ANR) headset came with it's own carry-bag which is useful. Perhaps look into getting one... I'd imagine they'll be fairly inexpensive.

Getting a bag is all well and good but I also have issues when jumping in and out of the plane it often gets bumped and turns on. Later on my return I can wave goodbye to further battery life. Just wondering if someone out there has come out with some great invention to stop this?

I have no idea how the on/off switch looks on the zulu, so I might be far out here...
But if it is a push-style button you can make it harder to press by accident by glueing a washer of neoprene rubber around it.

Same problem, I take a battery out now. Great headset otherwise but a pretty big flaw in the design which I guess was not picked up in testing. Hopefully they change this for later models.
The Zulu does power down automatically 2 minutes after use
However, like all battery devices (GPS, torch etc) I always like to remove them to avoid damage from leaky batteries.
Would be interested in others experience of the Bluetooth and MP3 features
I've used the bluetooth when flying as a passenger and found it pretty useless. The MP3 connect is however superb, particularly on a long flight and the volume drop for receiving/transmitting very effective

Would love to leave them in the plane if I was the only one to fly it.
Unfortunately the 2 min power off feature doesnt seem to work all the time. Not sure how it works but I will often leave headset in plane after a days flying when I am packing down the aircraft for 10-15 min and return to find that I accidently left the headset on and it hasnt shut off by itself.
Looks like I may have to play around with gluing some sort of protector around the button. If all else fails will remove the batteries.
