AIC 47/2002 (PINK 31) STANSTED CTR/CTA AIRSPACE INFRINGMENTS BY TRANSITING ACFT CANCELLED.
Currently at Fly identifier A2863/08
Don't think I've seen one like that before!
OK - that link isn't working - here's a screen shot

I guess they just solved the problem of transiting aircraft infringing the Stansted CTR/CTA problem once and for all by simply cancelling them. Strange that nobody thought of that before.
Reminds me of that joke: How many engineers does it take from a certain US software company to change a broken lightbulb? Answer: none. They simply define darkness to be the new standard.
Seriously though, based on the information here, my guess would be that there was an AIC 47/2002 (Pink 31), with "Stansted CTR/CTA Airspace Infringements by transiting aircraft" as its subject, and that AIC has now been cancelled.

Isn't Stansted in England? Aren't the citizens of England the custoians of the English language? Should they not be the best at it? When the language forms the basis of a regulation, shouldn't it be extra accurate?

However, NOTAM-speak cannot be regarded as the Queen's English. Ever.

Otherwise, Stansted is in Essex - a part of the UK where the women behave somewhat differently

You assume people learn to read and write at school. Quite an assumption these days Especially in Essex.

Sorry to answer the question.
NATS | AIS - Home
And then go to the pinks
There is the one which is named which Is now canceled. Reading through it its proberly because it refers to essex radar all the time. I suspect the new one when it appears will mention Farnbough LARS service alot more.
