Spanhoe
I had occasion to visit Spanhoe this weekend, and may I say what a wonderful airfield it is.
Without doubt the warmest reception from total strangers I've ever had, (in the UK at least) coupled with lots of interesting aeroplanes.
Imagine White Waltham's clubhouse but 1/10 the size anf therefore 10 times the intimacy then you'll get the idea.
I wish my local was half as nice.
Well done to all at Spanhoe.
