PPLing in Chile

Bit of a long shot this, but...

I'm about to spend a few weeks working at Chacalluta airport in Arica, Chile. No doubt I'll manage the odd day off whilst there, and if all else fails, can go and drive in the Andes for a day.

But, does anybody know if I turn up with JAR and FAA PPLs, plenty of hours including a lot of microlight experience, no Spanish, and a credit card, what chances I've got of doing a bit of PPLing in something / anything out there?
