Is the Forum quiet?

Is it just me, or is there less discussion than usual?

Perhaps it is the holiday season, or people worrying about their jobs or business but I dont recall this forum being so quiet in a long time?

I have found it quite difficult to access the BB, so have posted topics on Flyer instead. Is the system likely to be stable now?

What happened

Speaking of quiet, what happened to Stermone the mooney dude ? (mooney as in aircraft, not as in religious cult)

I think the bad weather has sent everybody to collect their Prozac prescriptions, and they are suffering the side effects....
  • Dry mouth
  • Urinary retention
  • Blurred vision
  • Constipation
  • Sedation (can interfere with instrument flight)
  • Sleep disruption
  • Weight gain (affects W&B)
  • Headache
  • Nausea
  • Gastrointestinal disturbance/diarrhea (a big problem when airborne)
  • Abdominal pain
  • Inability to achieve an erection (Class A base @ 2500ft, so a non issue)
  • Inability to achieve an orgasm (men and women) - as above
  • Loss of libido
  • Agitation
  • Anxiety
No wonder people have problems loggin' on.

Perhaps people are just getting bored of the same old questions?

OK let's try this:

I like to fly when I'm pissed!

Cool

There's a lot of things I like to do when I'm pissed and luckily I can't manage them.

Hardly suprising it's so quiet when you can't even have a chat about your return to private flying in the Private Flying forum.

I blame the credit crunch and the bad weather is all Gordon Brown's fault, let's start a revolution

My school's got a new instructor

CFI thought it was a novel way of beating the credit crunch

Jet Blast has a fair bit of traffic. Less chance of having Threads locked and Posts chopped there, as well.

I too was a bit puzzled by the apparently amiable and inoffensive thread that got closed.
Love the dog tag.
What dog tag?
