Yes, at the Reigate & Banstead Planning Committee meeting 9 voted against 7 for and 2 abstained.
The planning officers report contained numerous inaccuracies, contradictions and omissions. Several members, including the council leader, spoke in favour of the application.
Next round is with Tandridge District Council on December 15 after that we'll decide on the appeal.
