Fairoaks closed Sunday lunchtime

We've been informed that there'll be no flying at Fairoaks on Sunday from 1300 - 1530. I imagine that this is to stop us shooting down Airforce 1.

I was wondering how far the restrictions extend out from Heathrow? Where else is shut?

The whole London CTR is affected on Sunday and Monday (see NOTAM J2799/08 for details), plus part of the London Ciy CTR. Denham and White Waltham have an exemption on both days and Fairoaks has an exemption on Monday.

It is anticipated that Fairoaks will be able to resume normal operations prior to 1530UTC on Sunday.

I see the company brief for LHR tomorrow says "Major disruption expected for arr/Dep LHR due State visit LHR Jun 15 1200-1600". We don't seem to do this for the Queen or our own PM, so who is running this country? The CIA?
