Forced Landing near MID yesterday

Heard something on the radio with farnborough about someone having some trouble and forced landing down near MID, where they ok? Did anyone hear anything like this aswell?

We were in the air at the time and heard the RT exchanges - Farnborough seemed to indicate it was a C182 - we heard someone being vectored to the site of loss of radar contact but we were heading north and had to change frequency so no more info.

Anyone with any more info?

No, but if someone asks about an incident near MID this seems as useful as posting about an incident in Timbuktu!
