I was wondering what field was the preferred airport of entry coming up from the NYC area into Canada. Is there one particularly well set up for ferrying aircraft?

Sept Iles (CYZV) is nice and quiet but only a Canadian airport of entry Mon to Fri IIRC.
Many (most ?) aircraft jump as far as Goose Bay (CYYR) from the USA and then get a hefty landing fee ($85 ?) to pay as an international arrival. CYZV to CYYR is a domestic leg and much cheaper landing. Just a thought.
