at the risk of sounding facetious, may I suggest you round the corners off with a pair of scissors?

Thats all I do when I am forced to where the grow bag.

Can't you just select the correct sized coin from your pocket, and use that to get the correct radius.

Top tip - don't try to use a 20p or a 50p coin

A-A, good to see initiative from an ex-RNEFTS stude, however the radius equates to the shape of a 1.5v battery.(AA size)

From: just to the left of the filing cabinet
130mm x 165mm edge to edge (ie not at corners!)

both white and clear plastic sheets are 0.5mm thick

corners are 16mm radius

Judging by the rough edges, the originals seem to be stamped out of a sheet rather than cut, so the dimensions vary slightly by 1 to 2mm either way.

Hope this helps!

Does anyone know where I can obtain an RAF/RN/AAC Kneeboard Mk2 (manufactured by Beaufort Air Sea Equipment Ltd)?

This one recently sold on ebaY...
