Class rating cost for Cessna 208

Does anybody know about the cost for Cessna Gran Caravan 208 class rating course (JAA/FAA), either in Europe or USA?

If Flight Safety can do it a Farnborough then its a very new addition there.

Only Flight Safety location for C208 is Wichita unless it has recently changed.

Air Med at Oxford used to do it, not sure if they still have a carvan though.

Ben Air (www.benair.com) can do it at Stauning in Denmark, not sure of price though.

As an aside - there is no "rating", class or otherwise, for a Caravan with the FAA. It is an SEL (unless fitted with floats) and requires as much turbine training as your insurer specifies.
