danish reg aircraft in the uk
an aircraft i wish to purchace is in danish reg .ive been informed that as long as i have an address in demark i can use to register it all else is fine.maybe someone here can fill me in a little more ..thanks ..tony

There is currently no time limit on long term parking of any [foreign] registration in the UK.
So there is no issue with simply leaving the plane on the Danish reg and flying it on a JAA PPL, worldwide. A JAA IR should also be valid for it.
I don't know what one does about maintenance...

Maintenance will not be a problem. Any JAA 145 organisation can do it. In fact engineering is already standardised under EASA, so should be less of an issue than FCL.

What about the Private CofA regime and pilot maintenance?
I realise going to a JAR145 company for everything should address it, but they tend to take £500 off you for a 50hr check.
