Change of C of A details in progress

I just searched our plane on GINFO and this comes up under CofA:

"Change of C of A details in progress"

What does this mean?

It means that is a change of CofA going on. Your aircraft must be on CofA at he moment and will convert to the EASA system with an Airworthiness Review Certificate which will cover your Certificate of Airworthiness.
