Sorry to say the forecast is wubbish
wind 270 degrees, 10 knots
visibility 10km or more
scattered cloud at 3500 feet
probability 30%
temporarily 09:00 to 17:00
visibility 8000 metres
showers, rain

I will take that happily - all day, every day, this summer.

Enjoy.

Eastbourne Airshow

We shall be there on Saturday- It never rains on Eastbourne, does it?!
Timbucks and eldest, Dave (on his first release from Cranditz) too.
PM if you fancy a pint.

Thumbs up

Saturday's weather was glorious (though admitedly a bit windy) such that this morning my face seems fairly 'pink' with wind & sun burn.

Highlight of the day (imho)... the Oasis B747-400 coming in across Beachy Head and low level fly pasts.... and also the RAF Typhon; Both awesome (albeit in different ways).

Weather doesn't look too clever this morning though.

well not a bad air show.... all in all!
however seems repeatitive with previous years.
was anyone there when the plane went down about 5-7 years ago, at air bourne in eastbourne, went down into the sea just off the east side of the pier?
