Jeppesen Chart Training
Hello,
Although I find most of the information on Jeppesen charts easy to interpret, I occasionally encounter symbols or small details that I don't understand. The Chart Clinic reprints were an excellent help but I'm looking for something more integrated and coherent. Therefore I'm interested in a specific Jeppesen chart training product.
I contacted Jeppesen about this and they recommended either one of these products:
- JS200300 - Jeppesen Chart Training DVD
- JS283266 - JeppChart Training on CD-ROM
- JeppChart Training online
Does anyone on this forum have experience with one of this products? Can you share your thoughts? As there is a significant difference in price between these products, which one would you recommend? Or would you recommend another product not listed above?
Thank you, kind regards,
Lynn Pype

At a guess, you are referring to the VFR 1:500k charts. The symbols on these should be explained in the corner section. Or are you referring to approach plates? Jepp do publish a little handout which explains these; I have a printed copy which I can scan & email.
