Manby, Hall Farm or Stewton?

I am looking for a strip (secure enough for overnight parking) in this area for a visit soon. To those of you who have had experience of them, which of these strips would you recommend / avoid?

Any contact details appreciated also.

Kiltie.
I haven't landed at any of these strips but I've overflown them on several occasions. I've heard that Hall Farm may have closed recently. Louth Stewton looks pretty challenging with lots of surrounding trees. Manby actually has two strips on an old WW2 airfield. The gliding club operate off the WW2 runways and will accept power visitors. The strip on the north side is established on the old Manby heliport and did have a security fence around it. The owner is a relative of the operator of Skegness Water Park airfield I believe. If you can get access to an AFE U.K. VFR Flight guide you can get the phone numbers for all these strips and I'm sure the owners can let you know the latest info. To the SE is Ashley's Field which is a very smart strip although it may be rather short depending on your aeroplane's performance. I don't have my copy of the guide to hand at the moment but could sort out the phone numbers if you want them? If so drop me a PM.
