Kirkwall do a landing card for Kirkwall itself; I believe that landings on the other Orkney Isles are free (stand to be corrected on that). Call the nice lady at Kirkwall airport and she can give you all the gen about that. Kirkwall also has avgas, a nice terminal and the best ATC service inbetween Wick and Sumburgh.
