Looking for issue 2 of Go Flying! magazine

Hi,

I'm a long time lurker here, and also a Brit residing in the US, who had some photos published in issue 2 of Go Flying!, in the UK. Although several kind souls tried to send me a copy of the magazine, none of them made it across the pond.

I am wondering if someone might still have a copy of that issue, and would be kind enough to scan the page my photos are on and email it to me, please? I'd love to be able to send it on in turn to the pilot whose aircraft is featured.

The article in question is a page about the 5000th RV produced; it's an RV-8 and the page is predominantly blue and silver in colour. (I did get to see it in a web cam, that's as close as I've got!). I'd be very grateful if anyone could help me out here, please. Thank you.

It's a bit of a mystery to me how to get hold of a copy: It seems only to go to clubs and registered owners, so if you're in a group to have to go cadgeing.
I suppose the logic is that owners are already hooked on flying so they want to catch unattached peeps at flying clubs.
I subscribe to Pilot mag and advertised a share in Go Flying last time but never got to see if the ad appeared.............
If Flyer can manage a 'summer ' extra , shirley Go Flying can go to all group members.
I get Loop as a freebee no probs.
Anyone from Pilot post on here and care to comment?
Safe (and informed) flying

I get my copies from my local airfield. They once ran out of an issue, but managed to get more back in stock (I don't know how).

I can try taking pictures of the page (page 4) with a camera and emailing them to you? If that's OK, send me a PM and I'll see what I can do (I don't have a scanner I'm afraid).

Regards

I have a copy of the mag, and a scanner. However, my scanner will only take up to A4, so I'll have to send it to you in two parts - one of the large pic and the other of the three little ones. But if you pm me your email address, I'll be happy to do it.

Many thanks Astronaut97 and Whirlybird!

Whirlybird, PM is on the way. Two parts will be just fine thanks, I can join them together later.
