Garmin GNS 430 Question

I will soon be using an aircraft with with above fitted.I have had some instruction and am ok with manually entering com and nav freqs manually and understand the vloc/gps.
I have been playing with the free training download and cannot remember how to access the the built in freq data for a given airport after I have selected said airport and transfer it to the com/nav windows on the left.

Any advice gratefully received.

Errrmmm ... could be wrong, but I suggest you just turn the inner knob (rhs) one click to the right ?

Or something very similar !

For some reason I can't copy and paste from the .pdf of the Manual and I can' be a**sed to retype it but I think this is pages 39 and 40 of the Manual:

While on the Navcom page:

* Press small right knob to activate cursor.
* Use large right knob to move cursor over chosen airfield.
* Press small right knob to select airport and press ENT
* Activate cursor again (small right knob) and
* Highlight desired frequency using large right knob. To place frequency in Standby (COM or VLOC) press ENT while it is highlighted.
