Post Redhill

Called Redhill yesterday to be greeted by one of those "Press1 for Admin, 2 for Air Traffic" etc etc.

Can you believe they have "Press 4 for noise complaints"!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Does Redhill really have that many nimby's moaning, or are they just being politically correct and catering for the minorities?

Sadly, the area surrounding Redhill does have its share of NIMBYs. Certainly, our helicopter circuit is arranged to avoid a few specified residences. It's not as bad as Wycombe Air Park's and certainly doesn't make the circuit dangerous though, so if a few locals can be appeased by more considerate flying then so much the better. Especially with the airfield being such a recent addition

I must admit, I didn't realise there was a complaints hotline. Did you leave a message?
