Real world performance - Seneca III & T303

Does anyone on the forum have experience in a Seneca III and Cessna T303? (either or both ideally)

We are trying to get an understanding of real world performance figures for these types. ie: what sort of IAS/TAS can we expect at what power settings and what fuel flow?

All help greatfully received

Flew the 303 for about 6 months through UK and Europe. Really nice aeroplane, engines blown just enough, cabin access excellent, performance and range good.

Senepod - Piper Lance with 2 engines !!

Don't particularly like the Seneca.
Haven't flown a 303 but spent a fair while with the 310R which was a dream. 180kts @ IIRC 6-8gph/side. Cabin access tricky for pax though.
