Looks like a Yak12. Russian version of a Super Cub on steroids! Probably not so mad on the spectrum of what I suspect happens in Russian general aviation.

Have a look on the "other" Forum on this thread, they are most upset by the antics of the pilot! Personally i think "When in Rome!!"(and i bet it would give most of us a smile

)
