PPL and National Qualification Framework (NQF)

I am working towards my PPL(A) and I need to prove the course is Level 3 or above in the NQF to get sponsorship (ELC). Does anyone know if it is and if so where is it written down?

The quango in charge of what is what with NVQ's etc is the Qualifications Curriculum Authority - QCA. They set all the rules etc. They have a website - I think - www.qca.org.uk

A licence is a Permit not a Qualification.
As there is no formal PPL Theoretical training course it is probably unlikely to get any sort of credit.
