I've gotten queasy in turbulence without enough fresh air coming in, but this usually happens in the back seat without enough of a distance view for me to focus on. I'd definitely want fresh air blasting in on me to help quell any queasiness before any aerobatic maneuvers.

I agree, the first signs of queasiness are feeling hot and sweaty and a dry throat. Warn your passenger of this and if it happens give them lots of fresh air. Once they start feeling queasy its best to go home as generally if people start to feel sick they don't recover unless they're on the ground.

Not sure about the negative manoeuvres mentioned earlier, these seem to upset newcomers more than the positive manoeuvres, so save them for the end or leave them out.
Best to have someone back on the ground with a big smile than a full air sickness bag... although I suppose this might depend on who they are!!!
