Some ten or so years back, when I was a (non-flying) member of the PFA, Barry Smith (think that's right) was very vocal on the subject of airfield threats, in the house magazine. So were David Ogilvy and AOPA. Bodies like these carry some (not a lot ) of clout. Have they been alerted to Lee?

Whats the chances of Thorney Island being opened for anything bigger than microlights, nice big runways and approachs over water would be ideal.
