has anyone had dealings with bankstown airport flying school? The blurb on the web-site seems impressive, just wondering if the reality lives up to it.

Don't know anything about bankstown flying school - there are several schools at bankstown airfield - I was working in sydney a couple of years ago (in the middle of trying to get my ppl in the uk) and had a bunch of lessons with basair - excellent, professional - even managed to stick fairly close to the booked timings! Bankstown airport loads of fun - all GA - three parallel runways which as a student seemed disturbingly close - uk hadn't quite led me to expect two aircraft taking off in parallel ....
