UK 1:500,000 Chart 2171CD (Ed 32)
Im studying for the PPL and alot of the confusers & online exams require the above chart, i think its the southern england and wales chart. Does anyone know where i can get a digital copy(pdf) online?

To put it simply, you can't.
Well...at least not without buying the memory map software, and then buying the chart.
But I suspect you want it online so that it will be free. No such luck.
It will be much much cheaper to buy the chart rather than the memorymap software.

Ask at your FTO if some one has an out of date chart they no longer need. It will be good enough for nav practice and exam revision. I use my old chart for just that purpose. (The new edition is in the bag ready to go flying!)

Edition 32 will be out of date soon - suggest you wait until the end of August when Edition 32a will be released with all the new airspace changes at Bristol, Cardiff, Luton and London City included.
