PPL

How much of the PPL can you do before 17?
Can you do everything except send your book off?

You can do everything - including sending your logbook and application form off - but you just won't be issued with your licence until you turn 17.

Of course, you can't do the solo hours until 16 and any training before 14 won't count for licencing.
