Aerial Banner Towing - Recommendations?

A friend asked me to fly a marriage proposal banner for him and was disappointed when I said that just tying a piece of string to the tailwheel was not too clever...

Can anybody recommend an aerial banner tow company, professional and good value please?

Thanks

There is an operator at Gloucestershire (EGBJ), who does it.
